Derrick Levasseur

Derrick Levasseur is a police sergeant from Central Falls, Rhode Island. Before becoming a supervisor, he spent three years as an undercover detective with the Special Investigations Unit. In addition to his experience in the field, he has advanced training in crime scene analysis, undercover operations, and has attended numerous interview and interrogation schools. Over the course of his career, Derrick has received multiple awards, including the Medal of Valor, which is the highest honor a police officer can receive.
Levasseur recently starred in Investigation Discovery’s hit docu-series, Is OJ Innocent: The Missing Evidence, a program that gave viewers a first-hand look at his investigative style and interviewing techniques. He has also made appearances on Dr. Oz, offering his professional opinion on high-profile cases.Derrick competed on CBS's hit series, "Big Brother", and was eventually crowned the winner of season sixteen. He is regarded as one of the greatest players to have ever played the game and he attributes a lot of his success to his experience in law enforcement.Levasseur also has his first book, The Undercover Edge, which teaches readers how to incorporate investigative strategies into their personal and professional lives, coming out in January of 2018.Twitter: @DerrickL
